Hi, I’m Adam. I live in New York1 with my wife and cat.2 I’m a graphic designer3 at Thinkso. You may me if you like.
1. Jackson Heights, Queens to be exact. A neighborhood that is said to be the most diverse place on the planet and where you can find Indian, Bangladeshi, Columbian, Mexican, Salvadoran, Argentinian, Peruvian, Italian, Nepali, Tibetan, Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Thai food all within a 4-block radius.
2. Winston, a 2-year old orange tabby adopted from Bideawee in September ’08. Named for both (a) one of my mother-in-law’s cats—also named Winston—who my wife was very fond of and (b) Winston Churchill, who was known to have an affinity for orange tabbies, one of which was rumored to have joined him at wartime cabinet meetings.
3. I've designed everything from websites and micro-sites to logos, stationery, annual reports, and signage for clients such as Morgan Stanley, The Flea Theater, The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, Baruch College, Cadwalader, Mount Sinai, Bideawee, United Airlines, The W Hotel, and The High Museum of Art, all of which you'll have to take my word for until I put some work up here.
